Delete Your Buzz Account

You can request deletion of your Buzz account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request, and exactly what data is deleted or retained.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Buzz account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address in the body so we can identify your account.
- We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 days.

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently delete:

| Audio | N/A — never stored | Audio is processed in real time and never recorded or persisted |
What Data May Be Retained
We do not retain any personal data after account deletion. No data is kept for analytical or commercial purposes.
Note: Backups held by our infrastructure providers (Firebase / Google Cloud) may retain deleted data for up to 30 additional days as part of their standard backup rotation before it is permanently purged from all systems.
