Billing questions

You can no longer start new sessions until your quota resets at midnight. If you have credits, they are consumed automatically to cover the overage. If you have no credits, you'll see a prompt to purchase a credit pack or upgrade your plan.

Credits expire 60 days from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown in the app when you purchase a pack.

Yes. Cancel through your App Store or Google Play account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically drop to the Free plan.

Yes, subscriptions renew monthly through the App Store or Google Play. Billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details.

Yes. Credit packs work on Free, Basic, and Pro plans. They're consumed after your plan's included quota runs out.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. For subscription refunds, please use the App Store or Google Play refund process.
